The CSUSB Technology Support Center is in the Division of Information Technology Services. We strive to provide world class customer service to all members of our campus community. The Technology Support Center is your main point of contact for your University technology questions.
Our primary mission is to provide technology assistance to university Faculty, Students and Staff. Support Center technicians offer phone, email and remote support for many campus technology issues. We also handle the scheduling of IT Services technicians for faculty and staff computer issues that require on-site support.
We provide the University with an effective primary point of contact for timely and consistent responses to computing and information technology and its related inquiries and problems. We offer students, faculty and staff assistance with campus resources such as MyCoyote, Blackboard, campus email systems, and many other technology resources. We also assist faculty and staff with world-class desktop support.
