To create an online meeting go to your Outlook calendar and do the following.

  1. Click the New Skype Meeting button.
  2. If you want to change the access permissions click the Meeting Options button.
    1. You can select who can access the meeting without waiting in the loby by selecting Anyone (no restrictions), Anyone from my organization, People I invite from my company, or Only me, the meeting organizer from the These people don't have to wait in the loby drop-down menu. You can select who can share content and let others in to the meeting by selecting Anyone (no restrictions), Anyone from my organization, People I choose, or Only me, the meeting organizer from the Who's a presenter? drop-down menu.  Click the OK button when finished.
  3. Compose the rest of the meeting the way you would any other meeting by entering the email addresses of the people you want to invite, subject, start time, duration, and a description of the meeting.Click the Send button to send the invite.  Meeting URLs are unique and can be forwarded to others if permissions are set right.  Attendees may be required to download a browser plugin to view the online meeting.
